Online requests and confirmation
Sending a website form is a request for a journey or quote. An automatic email acknowledgement confirms receipt only. Your taxi is booked once the office confirms acceptance and the journey details.
Requests are subject to vehicle and driver availability. For immediate travel, an urgent change or a cancellation close to pickup, telephone the office rather than relying on email.
Journey details
Please give accurate contact details, pickup and destination addresses, date and time, passenger numbers, luggage and any stops. Tell the office about changes promptly so it can confirm availability and any fare adjustment. The vehicle must have suitable space and seat belts for every passenger.
Fares and payment
Fixed prices are offered for airport transfers when agreed by the office. Normal local journeys are not advertised as fixed-price journeys; the office will explain the applicable fare or charging basis.
When quoting an airport transfer, our team will confirm whether airport parking and access charges are included or payable separately before confirming your booking. Any additional waiting, stops or changes to the journey will also be explained and agreed.
The website does not take online payment. Cash and card payment arrangements can be confirmed with the office. Business-account payment and invoicing terms are agreed separately.
Airport transfers
Provide your airport, terminal, flight number and flight date, and confirm the pickup meeting point and time with the office. Let us know about flight changes or delays. Please allow suitable travel time for traffic and the airport’s check-in requirements; an airport request is not a guarantee of making a flight.
Changes, cancellations and waiting
Contact the office as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a confirmed journey. Changes are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the office.
Cancellations: There is no cancellation charge. Please let the office know as soon as you no longer need your taxi.
Waiting: The first five minutes of waiting are free. After five minutes, the meter starts and waiting is charged at the applicable metered rate.
Passenger requirements and safety
Tell the office about luggage, children, pets or other practical requirements before booking so it can discuss a suitable vehicle. Please contact us about assistance needs before travel; wheelchair-accessible vehicles are not currently advertised as an available service.
Passengers must use seat belts where required and behave safely and respectfully. Safety concerns may prevent a journey from starting or continuing. Please keep belongings with you and contact the office promptly about any item left behind.
Business and driver enquiries
A business-account enquiry does not open an account or grant credit. Account approval and terms are confirmed separately. A driver enquiry does not constitute an offer of work; the office will discuss eligibility, required checks and any agreement directly.
Service problems and complaints
If a booking or journey goes wrong, contact the office with the date, approximate time and booking details so we can investigate. Please raise urgent problems by telephone. These terms do not remove your statutory consumer rights or exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
